we went to norsk folkemuseum to shoot a highly theatrical series of imagery inside and around their 160 historic buildings that have been preserved from 1500 until present. the editorial explores the loneliness of being and is inspired by the paintings of norwegian artist edvard munch — dark and melancholic, silent and yet somehow painfully loud.
